Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Design Manager to join our team on an off-role basis. The Design Manager will play a crucial role in generating leads, understanding customer budgets and requirements, and efficiently closing deals to drive business growth.
Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation: Actively prospect and generate leads through various channels, including but not limited to, referrals, networking, cold calling, and digital platforms.
2. Customer Engagement: Interact with potential customers to understand their needs, preferences, and budget constraints.
3. Design Consultation: Provide expert advice and guidance on modular kitchen and wardrobe designs based on customer requirements, ensuring alignment with Casantro's product offerings.
4. Proposal Development: Prepare and present comprehensive proposals, including design layouts, product specifications, and pricing quotations, tailored to each customer's needs.
5. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
6. Deal Closure: Utilize effective negotiation skills to close deals in a timely manner, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
7. Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams, including sales, production, and installation, to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
8. Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform marketing and sales strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the interior design or home improvement industry.
- Strong understanding of modular kitchen and wardrobe design principles, materials, and technologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
