Role : International Chat Support Representative (Fresher) - Night Shift
Location: Gurugram, Haryana (Onsite)
Position Type: Full-time (Immediate Walk-in Interview)

We are looking for Fresher International Chat Support Representatives to join our team in Gurugram for an exciting full-time opportunity. This role involves providing top-notch chat support to international customers, offering solutions, and resolving queries in real-time. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide excellent chat support to international customers across different industries, handling inquiries, solving issues, and guiding them with product-related information.
• Communicate clearly, courteously, and effectively with customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
• Respond to customer queries and provide real-time solutions, troubleshooting technical and service-related issues.
• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and feedback, ensuring proper documentation of each conversation.
• Collaborate with team members and internal departments to resolve complex customer issues and provide prompt solutions.
• Adhere to company policies and maintain service quality in line with established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Continuously learn about products, services, and processes to enhance knowledge and improve support quality.
Requirements:
• Fresher candidates are welcome to apply; no prior experience is required.
• Exceptional written communication skills in English (must have a strong command of grammar, spelling, and sentence structure).
• Strong problem-solving abilities, with the ability to stay calm and focused during stressful situations.
• Ability to handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
• Willingness to work night shifts.
• Comfortable working onsite in our Gurugram office.

Education and Experience:
• Any graduate or equivalent degree (freshers welcome, no prior work experience required).
• Basic knowledge of computers and internet navigation.
