• Respond to customer queries and provide real-time solutions, troubleshooting technical and service-related issues.
• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and feedback, ensuring proper documentation of each conversation.
• Collaborate with team members and internal departments to resolve complex customer issues and provide prompt solutions.
• Adhere to company policies and maintain service quality in line with established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Continuously learn about products, services, and processes to enhance knowledge and improve support quality.
