About the job:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in recruitment processes, including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks
2. Manage employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires
3. Support HR team in organizing training and development initiatives for employees
4. Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
5. Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration for employees
6. Prepare and analyze reports using MS-Excel to track HR metrics and trends
7. Provide administrative support to the HR department as needed
