We are seeking a creative and highly motivated Junior Social Media Marketing Assistant to join our growing team. If you're someone who loves crafting engaging content, has a passion for social media, and enjoys working in a collaborative environment, this could be the perfect role for you.
You'll be responsible for creating dynamic content that reflects Ashmont Homes' brand values, including social media posts, videos, graphics, and marketing campaigns that resonate with our audience.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute engaging content for our social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) and website
Create short-form videos showcasing our projects and homes in progress
Collaborate with our team to develop creative campaigns that promote our custom home designs and services
Manage social media calendars and ensure timely posting
Analyze social media and website performance, providing recommendations for improvement
Who You Are:
You are passionate about digital marketing and social media, with experience using platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
You have a flair for creative content creation— writing, video editing, and designing
Proficient in design tools like Canva, Photoshop, and video editing software (e.g., CapCut or Adobe Premiere)
You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple tasks with ease
A team player who’s also comfortable working independently
Knowledge or interest in property, interior design or construction is a plus, but not essential
