About Sales Fuel
We are a fast-growing B2B lead generation company helping small UK businesses connect with the right customers. As we expand our own lead generation brands and products, we’re also preparing to offer marketing services to local businesses, helping them improve their websites, content, and digital presence. We’re looking for Junior Video Editor to support our upscaling of video content across a multitude of channels for our marketing strategy.
About the Role
You’ll be at the heart of our video working alongside of Head of Video using our green screen room, office space and being on-site to capture, edit and publish videos for our wider marketing strategy, our PPC efforts and social media mediums. There might be a bit of travel from time to time so a drivers license would be beneficial but not required alongside some drone flying and recording of video.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Subtitling multiple videos a day using the programs such as submagic and proofing video edits.
- Making several variations of existing edits per day using programs such as submagic and editing software.
- Logging, sorting and storing footage from weekly shoots.
- Assisting on weekly video shoots on location or in-house.
- Editing short form PPC content.
- Editing long form YouTube content.
- Creating and editing supporting assets of briefing in asset needs.
- Create briefs for designers
- Follow briefs from the wider marketing team for video requirements
Skills (preferred)
- Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro and after effects)
- Some working knowledge of DSLR cameras
- UK driving license (not required)
- Drone knowledge (not required)
- Green screen knowledge (not required)
- Writing copy for subtitles
- A creative mind
What We’re Looking For
2+ years’ experience working with video.
Strong grasp of video recording techniques and editing skills.
Good grasp of different video formats and publishing techniques for different platforms.
An ability to portray a client wants and needs into a project.
A good attention to detail, excellent grammar, and ability to simplify technical topics across video and film for both B2B and B2C audiences.
Ability to work independently.
We want someone who knows what they are doing but might not have the years of experience to back it up. This role is an opportunity for someone to expand on their knowledge of video working within a team that has done it all.
What Your Day Might Look Like
Creating some assets for a PPC advert
Editing raw video footage into usable content
Being on site capturing some footage using drones
Adding graphics (such as subtitles) to a video
Reporting on video success
Collaborating with the wider marketing team for video projects
Just so you know, there is no typical day working at Sales Fuel and we realise the above wouldn’t all be in a ‘typical day’. We have big plans that include new websites, new brands and our Junior Video Editor will play a key role in our video strategy for both internal and external work!

Your base pay will depend on your level of experience, knowledge and skills and is up for negotiation but for this role, we’re looking around the £22k-£26k annum mark but negotiable for the right person.
