Job Title: Videographer/Editor – Franchise Marketing & Social Media Content
Location: Remote (with travel to local franchise locations as needed)

Overview
Lash and Company is expanding nationwide, and we're seeking a creative and self-driven Videographer/Editor to help us tell our brand story through powerful, interview-style video content. This role is focused solely on creating video content for social media and ads — no long-form or event footage. You’ll be visiting franchise locations near you to capture authentic interviews with franchise owners, edit the content, and help us build brand awareness as we scale.
If you’re passionate about visual storytelling, have strong editing skills, and are comfortable working independently with on-site shoots, this is the opportunity for you.
What You'll Be Doing
Visit Lash and Company franchise locations near your area to film short, interview-style videos with franchise owners and/or staff.
Collaborate with the marketing team to plan shot lists and key questions ahead of each visit.
Film high-quality vertical and horizontal content optimized for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook Ads.
Capture B-roll (spa interiors, treatments, staff interactions, etc.) to layer into edited content.
Edit videos for a polished, brand-consistent look — with captions, logos, light motion graphics, and transitions.
Turn around edited content quickly and efficiently with minimal rounds of revision.
Stay up to date on trending video formats and social styles that align with the beauty/wellness industry.
Deliver all final files optimized for use across paid social ads and organic platforms.
Must-Haves
Strong camera skills (DSLR/mirrorless preferred) and access to your own gear
Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro (After Effects is a bonus)
Portfolio of short-form content for TikTok, Reels, or similar
Ability to travel locally to franchise locations (mileage may be reimbursed depending on project)
Professional, friendly communication style — you’ll be interacting directly with franchisees on-site
Self-starter mindset — you’ll be expected to handle filming and editing from start to finish
Clear understanding that all creative direction will be set during this round — no revisions to strategy will be made after initial discussions
