What will you be doing?
Reporting to the Director of Partnerships, the Key Partnership Manager will be responsible for leading essential growth in partnerships that enhance profitability and performance by focusing on key activities to boost engagement.
Dive into the heart of your responsibilities:
Focus on performance driven strategies and activities designed to increase partner engagement and collaboration.
Have a results-oriented approach, with an emphasis on fostering high impact relationships that align with Tower's strategic goals.
Identify new and onboard partnerships opportunities and enhance the efficiency of existing collaborations to stimulate growth.
Represent Tower in various associations elevating brand visibility, while fostering and maintaining strong internal relationships within the organisation. Ensure adherence to risk management and compliance requirements as outlined in each partnership agreement.
What you'll need
The ideal candidate for the Key Partnership Manager role at Tower is a seasoned financial services professional with over 5 years of experience, exceptional sales and partnership skills, and a proven track record of driving growth and fostering high-impact relationships.
To be successful in this role, you will also be able to demonstrate the following:
Solid knowledge of customer management systems, reporting tools and processes
Experience in training and coaching other to enhance performance
Comprehensive understanding of banking and insurance practices in the market
Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities
Act as a leader and coach, fostering a customer-centric culture while managing and developing the newly created Account Manager role to support the MD and other KPMs.
Leverage performance data from various sources (CRM, BI Reporting and Technical insights) to maintain performance, ensuring exceptional partner interactions
Support their growth by guiding them towards the next level of career advancement with partnership, providing opportunities for development and mentorship to help them achieve their professional goals
