Responsibilities
Project Management: Oversee all aspects of security services, ensuring compliance with contract requirements and quality standards
Supervision: Manage and supervise Security Guards, Shift Supervisors, and other personnel to maintain an efficient and effective workforce
Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact between Servexo and the Government's Contracting Officer's Representative (COR)
Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections and ensure that all security operations meet the specified quality standards
Emergency Response: Respond to emergencies and critical situations within 10 minutes of notification
Coordinate with the COR and ensure timely and effective responses
Reporting: Prepare and submit monthly status reports, including workforce statistics, training certifications, and incident summaries
Hiring & Training: Oversee the hiring and training of new Supervisors and Security Officers, ensuring they meet all background check and training requirements
Must ensure an alternate Project Manager is available during absences
Job description
Servexo is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Lead Security Officer/Project Manager to oversee and manage security operations at the Travis/Midtown Complex. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of five (5) years of supervisory experience in law enforcement or a security-related field, with at least two (2) years of contract management experience preferred. This role requires exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills to ensure the safety and security of our clients' facilities.

Responsibilities
• Project Management: Oversee all aspects of security services, ensuring compliance with contract requirements and quality standards.

Qualifications:
