Job Responsibilities: Answering phone calls; checking voicemails; sending messages and documents via Outlook; obtaining intake information from potential clients and scheduling initial consults; managing the attorney’s docket, calendar, and other appointments; greeting clients; scanning, forwarding, and saving documents; assisting during trial; and, mail duties
Other more meaningful tasks may be available, depending on ability and comfort level

A paralegal with an associate or bachelor’s degree in paralegal studies will also be considered. This opportunity could convert to a full-time permanent position, and the owner does envision a hybrid work environment, with most future work being done remotely.
