Job Title: Accounts Executive (Female Preferred)

Location: Gota Ahmedabad

Salary: Up to ₹20,000/- per month (Candidates currently drawing around ₹18,000/- preferred)

Job Type: Full-Time

Job Overview:

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge in MIS reporting, MS Excel, and Tally, and be capable of handling extensive debtor follow-ups and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day accounting operations.
• Prepare and maintain MIS reports regularly.
• Perform data entry and reconciliation using Tally.
• Conduct extensive follow-up with debtors for outstanding payments.
• Maintain organized documentation for accounting and audit purposes.
• Support internal and external audit requirements.
• Ensure timely and accurate record keeping and compliance.

Preferred Candidate Profile:
• Education: B.Com/M.Com or equivalent qualification in Accounting/Finance.
• Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel, Tally ERP, and general accounting practices.
• Gender Preference: Female candidates preferred.
• For Male Candidates: Should be willing to travel to Morbi once a month.

Additional Requirements:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail and a proactive approach.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
