About the Role:
We have covered our 0-1 journey and now are stepping on a 1-10 journey of growth where we are looking to onboard killer management trainees aka "hustlers". We’re looking for dynamic and versatile managers who will be responsible for driving daily operations and service. To succeed in this role, the candidate should have hands-on experience and good communication skills.
Personnel chosen shall have the willingness to communicate which will help us build and maintain a strong and consistent team by developing and maintaining positive working relationships with all key stakeholders and also be a backbone to the senior management team. Hired people will be the key personnel in handling the affairs of the company and provide administrative support (e.g. data entry etc).
Internship Stipend - 10k (Minimum 3 months)
CTC - 2-3LPA (Based on Performance during Internship Period)
Key Responsibilities include:
Help define new benchmarks of performance in a fast-growing startup environment.Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies, and vendors.Make continuous efforts of staying connected with existing customers for feedbackUnderstand each department’s (e.g. Marketing, Sales) daily processes and goals and help managers in evaluating performance (e.g. writing reports, analyzing data)Market Research to vet and develop warm as well as cold leadsStrategize to achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targetsDevelop and maintain positive working relationships with all key stakeholdersProvide support to the senior management teamContact prospective customers via calls and emails and other outreach methodsDeploy successful marketing campaigns and own the implementation from ideation to execution.Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight, and assess against goals.Analyze consumer behavior and adjust email and advertising campaigns.Develop strategies and tactics to get the word out about our company and drive qualified traffic to our front door.
Eligibility:
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.should have a long-term view, especially regarding the initiatives being proposed.Ability to recognize opportunities that bring in long-term value.Should be able to communicate clearly, to create strategies that help us reach our goals.Excellent time management skills.Superb attention to detail.
