Who We Need:
We are looking for a highly communicative and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support the execution of our marketing initiatives. This role involves implementing marketing campaigns, supporting brand activities, and coordinating efforts across both digital and offline channels.
Responsibilities:
Work closely with the Marketing Manager to plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channelsCreate and edit marketing materials and assets, including social media graphics, brochures, and flyers
Maintain and update the company website using Webflow
Assist with organizing and attending in-person promotional activities such as street booths, community events, and registration drives
Support social media activities, including scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and helping grow our audience while ensuring brand consistency
Assist in writing and editing content for newsletters, blog posts, and marketing campaigns
Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis to support campaign planning
Help track and report on the performance of digital campaigns and marketing initiatives
Maintain and update internal marketing calendars and campaign trackers
Qualifications:
1–2 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related role
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Good graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite)
Proficiency in Webflow for website maintenance
Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media scheduling tools, email marketing software)
Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
Creative mindset with a passion for marketing and brand development
Assets (Nice to Have):
Experience with other website builders (e.g., Wix, Squarespace, WordPress)
Previous experience creating and managing social media content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
Background in writing marketing content such as blog posts, newsletters, or ad copy
Experience assisting with in-person marketing events or community outreach initiatives
