JOB DESCRIPTION FOR BACK OFFICE- MARKETING
About Us:

JSK Industries Pvt. Ltd. is a leading Aluminium Conductor manufacturer specializing in:
· Power Transmission & Distribution Conductors
· Aluminium Wire Rods
· Aluminium Alloys, and,
· EC and De-oxi Flipped Coils
Established in 1965, the Company carries out its manufacturing activities in facilities in its state-of-the-art, ISO 9001:2008 certified manufacturing facility at Slivassa.
1. Responsibilities & Duties
Handle and respond to all client inquiries in a timely manner
Maintain MIS reports and track all incoming inquiries
Manage day-to-day export documentation (Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, etc.)
Coordinate with freight forwarders, CHA, and logistics partners
Assist in processing international orders and tracking shipments
Communicate with overseas clients via email and calls for order updates and inquiries
Support the export marketing team with quotations, presentations, and follow-ups
Maintain and update customer databases and records
Prepare reports related to sales, dispatch, and pending orders
Ensure compliance with export regulations and documentation standards
Assist in market research for international markets and potential clients
Coordinate internally with production, accounts, and dispatch teams
2. Skills Required
Basic knowledge of export procedures and documentation
Strong communication skills (written and verbal English required)
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Language Proficiency:
English (Read, Write, Speak)
Hindi (Read, Write, Speak)
