About The Role
Excellent opportunity for a customer service superstar to join our small supportive team as a Medical Receptionist in our fast-paced clinic located at FMIG Hawthorn in a full-time capacity.
As a medical receptionist you will be responsible for
Managing all phone enquiries in a timely, professional and confidential manner
Front of house reception / greeting patients upon arrival
Schedule appointments for patients and referrers
Issue patient invoices/receipts and process Medicare rebates as required
Enter and update patient registration details
Ensure the reception and waiting area is clean and presentable at all times

You Will Have
Strong customer service and patient focus skills
Eagerness to learn
Excellent time management and organisational skills
High level of attention to detail and confidentiality
Ability to work autonomously, as well as part of a team
Experience in a Radiology background, as well as exposure to Medicare services will be highly regarded
