About the Role
We’re currently looking for a vibrant and dedicated Casual Support Coordinator to join our Melbourne-based team.
In this role, you will:
Support participants to navigate and implement their NDIS plans
Foster independence, community engagement, and goal achievement
Help participants build their capacity by connecting them with appropriate informal, mainstream, and funded supports
You’ll work closely with participants, families, service providers, and our internal team to ensure everyone feels supported, informed, and empowered.
Your Responsibilities
Coordinate, monitor, and review supports in line with each participant’s goals
Facilitate referrals and engage with providers across health, education, housing, and community sectors
Maintain accurate records, service notes, and outcome tracking
Participate in regular team meetings and reflective practice sessions
Attend community events or networking opportunities (optional)
About You
You’re someone who brings energy, empathy, and accountability to your work. You believe in the importance of community-led care and equitable access to services.
Key Skills & Experience:
Strong knowledge or lived experience with the NDIS framework
Experience in support coordination, case management, or related disability sector roles (preferred but not essential)
Sound communication, organisation, and documentation skills
Culturally responsive and inclusive practice
Reliable vehicle and Australian Driver's Licence
Relevant qualification in Social Work, Psychology, Community Services or similar (desirable)
Role Details
Position Type: Casual (2–3 days/week to start, with flexibility to grow)
Schedule: Day shift, fixed hours, Monday to Friday only
Hourly Rate: $35–$50/hour + super + optional bonuses (based on experience)
Location: Melbourne (hybrid office/remote flexibility)
