Network Engineer – Aruba

We are hiring a Network Engineer with 3 to 5 years of experience to support and manage enterprise network infrastructure, including the design and implementation of new site networks. The role requires strong hands-on skills in Aruba Central, Aruba/Cisco switching, and wireless technologies, with the ability to deliver professional L2 support.

Key Responsibilities:-
• Configure, deploy, install, and troubleshoot Aruba/Cisco switches and wireless access points.
• Set up new Aruba switches, wireless controllers, and other networking devices.
• Analyze and resolve network, wireless, and ISE-related issues.
• Perform upgrades and patching of switches, wireless clusters, and access points.
• Provide L2 support for issues reported by users, clients, or related integrations.
• Manage VLANs, EtherChannel, PVLANs, Spanning Tree (RSTP), 802.1Q, etc.
• Troubleshoot authentication issues involving 802.1X, RADIUS, TACACS+, and PKI.
• Work with Infoblox (DHCP/DNS/IPAM).
• Use tools like HPE-IMC and Zabbix for monitoring; good SNMP knowledge is essential.
• Understand routing basics and firewall operations (especially Palo Alto).
• Adhere to ITIL processes: Incident, Change, and Problem Management.

Required Skills:-
• Experience with Aruba Central, Aruba switches, and wireless deployments.
• Hands-on experience in Cisco switching and wireless networking.
• Knowledge of Layer 2 networking concepts: VLANs, EtherChannel, STP, etc.
• Familiar with ISE, 802.1X, RADIUS, TACACS+, EAP methods.
• Working knowledge of Infoblox for DHCP/DNS/IPAM.
• Experience with HPE-IMC, Zabbix, and SNMP monitoring.
• Understanding of Palo Alto firewall and basic routing.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.

Qualifications:-
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related field

Certifications Preferred:-
• Aruba Certified Switching Associate (ACSA) / Aruba Certified Mobility Associate (ACMA)
• Cisco CCNA / CCNP
• ITIL Foundation
