Warren House is a Grade II listed building, offering flexible conference facilities within beautifully landscaped gardens. Situated in the exclusive Coombe Estate Warren House offers peace and tranquillity suitable for accommodation, dining, conferences, meetings, seminars and training. Stunning views across London can be enjoyed from our rooms reminding you that central London lies only 20 minutes away by train. The hotel consists of 46 bedrooms, 11 conference and event rooms, two bars and a restaurant with terrace dining. Warren House Hotel is owned and run by Sun Hotel Limited, a hospitality company that acquires and manages many hospitality businesses around Europe.
We are looking for someone who can deliver a guest service standard, that exceeds the customers expectations. You must have excellent communication skills, work well within a team, have a pleasant telephone manner, efficient computer skills and a keen eye for detail. You will ensure the hotel’s general safety and security is maintained throughout the night along with the smooth running of the night reception desk and night audit duties.
Night Supervisor - 0 Hour Contract
NIGHT RECEPTIONIST
• To successfully complete the computerised night audit functions
• Continuously build on the reporting and controlling procedures of the night audit.
• Act as another route for the team to communicate any concerns which may arise and help to solve them
• Assist in the covering of shifts and take any steps necessary to ensure that all shifts are covered
• Supporting brand standards within the night audit team
• Be security aware at all times, and ensure that the staff, guests and building is safe at all times
• To carry out security walks
• Solve complaints, queries and concerns as they arise, to the satisfaction of the guests
• Monitoring the serving of “resident bar” drinks for both quality of service and the safety of those consuming alcohol, and take any steps necessary to deliver a good and safe service.
• Check-in and Check-out guests, make reservations and other reception duties
• Being business trends aware and ensuring that hotel sales are maximised.
• To liaise with and communicate well between other departments and other team members and the night team.
• Run the reception desk as efficiently and effectively as is expected
• Communicate all information throughout the night audit team
Desired Qualifications/ Skills/Experience
• Hotel background in managerial role is essential, with previous experience working nights.
• IT literate, preferably with Reslink PMS knowledge.
• Must be standards driven and detail-orientated with the ability to organise and plan ahead.
• Self-motivated - and able to motivate others to achieve tasks
• Well presented with an outgoing personality, excellent interpersonal skills and professional manner.
• Have excellent command of written & spoken English.

Job Types: Full-time, Zero hours contract
Pay: £23,000.00-£25,000.00 per month
