As our Director you’ll translate overarching business strategy into HR function vision, strategies, operating model and solutions. You will:


Lead the delivery of transformative engagements with customers that drive better outcomes across HR/Payroll and Workforce Management, working with alliance partners like SAP, Microsoft, ServiceNow and Dayforce
Provide thought leadership and strategic direction, evaluating and recommending solutions that align with our clients' business goals
Evaluate solution architecture and its business impact, recommending technologies that align with client goals, while ensuring delivery meets local performance objectives across service quality, risk, business growth, and innovation

This is a full-time opportunity based in Auckland, New Zealand that offers you the platform to lead complex HR transformations and build a better working world.


Ngā Pūkenga | Skills and attributes for success


Proven experience leading large-scale HR technology and transformation projects (ideally including SAP SuccessFactors or other cloud HRIS platforms).
Strong capability in shaping solutions that address complex workforce challenges, including global delivery models.
Proven ability to lead teams and manage escalations in high-pressure environments, while influencing senior stakeholders and shaping client propositions that align with EY’s offerings.
