Salary:£20 per hour plus paid breaks - up to £47, 320

Hours:42 hours per week

Key Responsibilities
• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, documenting changes and reporting to the healthcare team.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
• Educate patients and their families about health management and wellness practices.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
• Assist with routine medical procedures and support patients in daily living activities.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications
• Valid NMC registration.
