SCE Corp (Sydney Contracting Engineers Pty Ltd) is an ISO-certified construction company delivering building and civil projects across the East Coast of Australia. With over 5,000 projects completed, we are seeking a multi-skilled, detail-oriented professional to support our executive team and drive internal operations, bookkeeping, and digital presence.
This hybrid role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can confidently manage diverse responsibilities across office coordination, accounting support, and digital marketing/SEO.
Key Responsibilities
Office Coordination
Answer incoming calls and manage general inboxes
Assist directors with coordinating and prioritising daily office tasks
Organise meetings, take minutes, maintain office presentation
Manage admin calendars, supplier bookings, and event logistics
Liaise with trades and suppliers, obtain induction documentation, and maintain internal systems
Bookkeeping
Use Xero to assist accountant with:
Weekly cost coding
Fortnightly payroll
Monthly PAYG withholding
Quarterly BAS and Superannuation
Year-end financial support for tax return lodgement
Digital Marketing & SEO
Plan and schedule bi-weekly video content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, TikTok)
Maintain and update website content using WordPress, Elementor, Astra Theme, and SmartCrawl Pro
Create monthly project pages and bi-weekly blog posts with an SEO focus
Key Requirements
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a comparable hybrid role
Advanced Xero and Microsoft Office skills
Strong working knowledge of WordPress and key SEO plugins
Familiarity with content creation, post scheduling, and multi-platform social media
Exceptional communication and organisational skills
Ability to multi-task and prioritise in a dynamic, team-oriented environment
