Summary of Responsibilities
Seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to maintain our office facilities and provide essential support to our team. This role will directly assist the Arlington-based Marketing & Sales team, and also collaborate closely with our UK-based Commercial team and various global operational sites. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient office environment, enabling our teams to perform at their best. This position reports directly to the Head of Sales, Urenco / President & CEO or Urenco, Inc.
Education and Experience
Minimum Qualifications:
Education:
High School Diploma plus some college courses or equivalent
Years of experience:
10 years administrative support for senior managers or executives
Prior financial experience managing expenses and maintaining a budget

Job Details
The work location for this position is Urenco, Inc office in Arlington, VA
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8a-5p with occasional nights and weekends
Travel Required: less than 10%
Work Environment: General Office with ability to occasionally lift/push/carry up to 20 lbs. Ability to travel 1x per year to the UK
Primary Functions
Office & Financial Management
Manages all financial activities for the Urenco, Inc. office, including expense reconciliation, accounts payable, and coordination with corporate finance.
Oversees office operations, including facilities requests, security, visitor management, and maintaining a professional appearance (e.g., kitchen cleanliness, clean desk policy).
Performs general office tasks such as maintaining records and ordering supplies.
Work with building management on day-to-day facilities issues such as building security, cleaning and maintenance, heating and air conditioning, emergency preparedness, and general tenant issues.
Arrange for repairs and maintenance of the office space such as painting, carpet cleaning, furniture repair
Administrative & Event Coordination
Provides comprehensive administrative support to senior staff, including calendar management for the President and CEO, and managing incoming communications (reviewing, summarizing, distributing).
Coordinates assigned events for the Urenco, Inc. office and commercial team, handling venue booking, restaurant recommendations/booking, calendar invites, printed agendas, and travel.
Facilitates the M&S team's actions and engagements, coordinating meeting participation, travel, and internal room bookings, and supporting wider commercial and other teams located at Urenco, Inc.
Supports Shared Services functions for all Urenco, Inc. personnel (e.g., People & Culture, Finance, Procurement, IT, Communications). M onitor and track employee vacations and other absences from the office
Prepare meeting notes and/or summaries during team meetings
Coordinate and support Urenco CEO, CFO, CCO and other executive visits to Urenco, Inc.
