Hunton Services is seeking a highly organized and proactive Onboarding Coordinator & Refrigerant Admin to support both refrigerant management and technician onboarding efforts. This critical role ensures compliance with environmental and safety regulations while also facilitating a seamless onboarding experience for new field technicians. The ideal candidate will be detail-driven, service-minded, and passionate about operational excellence and technician readiness.
Key Responsibilities:
Refrigerant & Compliance Management:
Track and reconcile refrigerant inventory across shop and truck stock.
Maintain and update purchasing logs using Asset Panda and SharePoint.
Monitor refrigerant tracking in WennSoft and follow up on discrepancies.
Coordinate and track EPA refrigerant certifications for technicians.
Generate and distribute refrigerant usage reports to internal teams and customers.
Monitor compliance with fire extinguisher and electrical glove requirements.
Maintain up-to-date customer equipment lists.
Stay informed on EPA regulations and safety certification requirements.
Technician Onboarding & Training:
Lead and coordinate the onboarding process for new field technicians.
Deliver training on company systems, including MobileTech, XOI, Asset Panda, and workflow tools.
Facilitate orientation on payroll, policies, safety, and operational procedures.
Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Safety, and Service Coordination to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
Maintain onboarding schedules, materials, and documentation.
Track technician progress and readiness for field deployment.
Provide refresher training and ongoing system support as needed.
Qualifications:
Associate degree or 3–5 years of relevant administrative, training, or compliance experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
Familiarity with HVAC industry systems (MobileTech, XOI, Asset Panda, WennSoft) is a plus.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain detailed records with accuracy.
