Job Description

Their responsibilities will include identifying new women or disable youth applicants, conducting family background checks, meeting with family members, maintaining records of all applicants, organizing selection panels, assisting with product purchases, business openings, coordinating business promotional activities, conduct training, Exposure visits, collecting & reporting income, and meeting with women regularly to provide support. They will also connect women with each other to create an offline marketplace, maintain a stock register and inventory, supply products, ensure proper storage, supply raw materials, coordinate capacity-building training, execute exposure visits, report monthly income, and collect and file all bills and vouchers related to expenses for the women entrepreneurship project.

He/she might need to travel if needed.

The coordinator should be able to take the lead in planning, implementation, reporting, monitoring, and controlling the projects running with the support of different clients. He/she is responsible for the project’s daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting to all stakeholders as applicable.

6. Project Manager – Women Empowerment Projects

Responsibilities

This is a team leader’s profile, and the candidate is overall responsible for the end-to-end delivery of Women Empowerment projects across different locations in India and directly accountable for all queries and feedback from NGO management and CSR partners. He/she will be regularly in touch with all field mobilizers, tracking and monitoring progress, conducting trainings, selecting beneficiaries, conducting business mentoring, researching market linkages, and gathering feedback on all project activities. He/she might need to travel 10-15 days a month to interview applicants, attend business openings, and provide mentoring to businesswomen.

The candidate should be able to take the lead in planning, implementation, reporting, monitoring, and controlling the projects running with the support of different clients. He/ She is responsible for the project’s daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting to all stakeholders as applicable.
