*Job Description:**

As a Senior Operations Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our delivery operations. This strategic role requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in logistics management and a proven track record of leadership.
• *Qualifications:**

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or relevant fields.

- Minimum 5 years of experience in senior management roles within the logistics or transportation industry.

- Strong leadership, strategic planning, and decision-making skills.

- Excellent problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking.

- Ability to mentor and develop a high-performing operations team.

- Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize delivery operations.

- Lead and mentor a team of operations managers and executives.

- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics.

- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and partners.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and efficiency.
