Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Operations Manager for our Custom millwork manufacturing group. The ideal candidate will be responsible for effective and result-oriented operations of custom millwork manufacturing, sales and installation Companies. This role requires a strong understanding of manufacturing processes, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

Analyze customer specifications to create custom products that meet their needs via effective sales strategy.
Manage daily administrative and manufacturing operations ensuring its efficient flow and high performance results.
Maintain high standards of efficiency and quality control throughout entire Companies processes.
Create and implement strategies to improve manufacturing techniques, administrative and client support routines.
Overlook financial goals, create strategies and coordinate action plans to achieve it.
Ensure smooth and coordinated project management process, implement necessary tools to obtain accurate records and control mechanisms.
Document production processes and maintain records of materials used and products created, KPI's.
Organise team training and competence improvement.
Ensure compliance with all labour regulations and safety requirements.
Qualifications

Proven experience in a manufacturing or custom fabrication environment is preferred.
Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients.
Familiarity with quality control standards and practices.
A commitment to continuous improvement and willingness to learn new techniques or technologies.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
