???? Job Title: Operations & Support Executive

???? Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 8 PM

???? Location: Bandra West

???? Experience Required: Minimum 2 years

???? Education: Graduate

???? Salary Range: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month

???? What You’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
• Handle Airbnb Support: Manage guest issues, tickets, and calls from start to finish.
• Recruitment Support: Go through resumes and filter out irrelevant candidates. Maintain a simple Excel tracker.
• Booking System Tool: Learn and manage our booking system (we’ll teach you).
• Task Management Tool: Manage all tasks and team updates using our project tool (we’ll train you).
• Knowledge Base: Keep all important internal guides updated and organized.
• Create & Optimize Listings: Make sure all property listings are complete, accurate, and regularly updated without waiting to be told.
• Track Purchases & Returns: Keep a log of what we buy and what gets returned.
• Do Mystery Audits: Random checks to ensure we are not being overcharged or scammed.
• Basic Social Media Help: Use AI tools to schedule one post a day using our photos. Clean up bad background noise in videos.
• Email Replies (Non-Support): Reply to all vendor and platform emails (MMT, Booking.com, etc.)
• Biometric Access Management: Learn how to add/remove people from our office biometric system (we’ll show you).
• Key Management: Keep track of cupboard door keys and ensure backups exist when main staff are on leave.
• Employee Docs & Contracts: Maintain proper records for all staff paperwork and contracts.
• Meeting Assistant: Sit in internal meetings, take notes, and help set deadlines for tasks discussed.
• Track Performance Stats: Every day, send us a short summary of reviews, views, and pricing data.
• Help with Daily Tasks: Tasks like creating map snapshots, making job posts live, etc.

• Graduate degree
• Minimum 2 years of work experience
• Strong communication skills (spoken + written English)
• Ability to learn new tools and follow processes
• Basic Excel and Google Sheets skills
• Attention to detail and ownership mindset
• Willingness to work in a fast-moving environment
