We’re Hiring – Paid Media Account Manager (Male) | Remote | Full-Time
Are you a strategic thinker with a solid understanding of performance marketing and a knack for managing high-performing ad campaigns—without getting too deep into day-to-day execution? We’re seeking a Paid Media Account Manager (Male)who can take ownership of campaign strategy, client communication, and project coordination while guiding the execution team to deliver results.
This is the ideal role if you have hands-on PPC experience and now want to transition into a strategy-driven and client-facing position focused on project oversight and performance management.
Key Responsibilities:
Own the end-to-end project management of paid campaigns across platforms like Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and Bing
Strategize campaign direction based on client goals, market insights, and platform capabilities
Work closely with performance marketing specialists to guide execution, ensure timelines are met, and KPIs are aligned
Conduct and review keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to inform campaign direction
Collaborate with designers and content teams to align creatives with campaign strategy
Analyze campaign performance reports, extract actionable insights, and present findings to clients
Act as the primary point of contact for clients – managing expectations, discussing strategies, and presenting reports
Stay updated with platform changes, industry trends, and digital marketing innovations to continuously enhance strategy
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
2–3+ years of relevant experience in PPC strategy, planning, or project/campaign management
Solid understanding of digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, Bing)
Experience managing domestic and international clients
Strong client communication skills (calls, presentations, reports – in English)
Proficiency in:
Google Ads & Meta Ads dashboards
Google Analytics
Microsoft Excel
Google Tag Manager (basic understanding)
Bonus: Familiarity with tools like Instapage or Unbounce
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and coordinate across teams
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
