Are you ready to make a measurable impact at one of the world’s leading entertainment companies? At Merlin Entertainments, we’re on the lookout for two driven and analytical Performance Executives to join our dynamic UK team.


In this exciting and hands-on role, you’ll be instrumental in creating, optimising and managing paid media campaigns across search, social and display. Working closely with our agencies and internal teams, your work will directly support traffic growth, revenue generation and the delivery of our ROI targets across a diverse portfolio of globally loved brands — from LEGOLAND® to SEA LIFE, Madame Tussauds, Alton Towers Resort and beyond.


This is a hybrid position, which can be based at any attraction or office in Merlin. Ideally, one position will be filled within commutable distance to our London Head Office.

What You'll Be Doing:
Support the implementation and day-to-day management of paid social and PPC campaigns, optimising performance and boosting ROI.

Collaborate with agency partners to activate and monitor campaigns across Google Ads, YouTube, Meta, TikTok and the Google Display Network.

Write compelling, on-brand ad copy and assist with creative briefing and campaign planning.

Own the paid media briefing process — aligning internal stakeholders and agency teams to deliver effective campaigns.

Analyse campaign performance and deliver weekly reporting with actionable insights.

Contribute to trading actions, seasonal and promotional campaigns, ensuring performance is maximised.

Conduct competitor analysis and champion paid media best practice across the team.

Explore new platforms, formats and tactics to test and grow our digital presence.


Qualifications & Experience
Proven hands-on experience running paid media campaigns, ideally in-house.

Solid knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics, Display Networks and key social platforms (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).

Skilled in Excel, capable of working with large datasets and drawing actionable insights.

A confident communicator and team player who can influence stakeholders at all levels.

Highly organised with a proactive mindset — comfortable juggling multiple projects and deadlines.
