About The Opportunity:
We're looking for a strategic and data-driven Performance & Growth Manager for our Car and Home Insurance vertical to lead marketing initiatives that drive and optimise channels and deliver commercial impact. This pivotal role bridges Marketing and Commercial teams, driving performance and accelerating growth.
Lead end-to-end planning and performance tracking of all Car and Home Insurance marketing initiatives, keeping them aligned with revenue and growth targets.
Use data and funnel insights to uncover opportunities to boost quote starts, improve conversion, and enhance overall campaign performance.
Turn data into clear, actionable insights that guide marketing strategy and influence key decisions.
Work closely with internal teams to shape and deliver integrated campaigns across paid media, website, email, social, and PR.
Drive quarterly marketing planning and contribute to broader projects supporting digital performance for Compare the Market and iSelect.
Champion a test-and-learn mindset, helping optimise digital journeys like best price and anniversary emails.
Ensure product messaging and content stays clear, accurate, and engaging across all marketing channels.
Be the go-to link between Commercial and Marketing teams, helping remove roadblocks and ensure smooth execution.

About you:
5+ years of experience working within the General Insurance industry, with a focus on Car and Home Insurance products.
Demonstrated success in driving commercial outcomes within an insurance environment, including quote volume, conversion rates, and revenue performance.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify growth opportunities, and influence marketing and commercial decision-making.
Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Data teams to support campaign planning, performance optimisation, and execution.
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to align teams and influence outcomes across departments.
Familiarity with operating in regulated industries, with a strong focus on compliance and product accuracy in customer-facing material.
Marketing experience, particularly in campaign planning, performance marketing, or lifecycle communications, is highly regarded but not essential.
Outcome-driven mindset, with a strong sense of ownership, accountability, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
