Management Consultant

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic professional to lead our operations in Australia, focusing on providing expert management consultancy services both to our Australian organisation and to our valued B2B clients within the waste management sector. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in analysing business challenges, developing strategic solutions, and guiding organisations towards greater efficiency and operational excellence, leveraging our cutting-edge ERP SaaS solution. This role requires a leader capable of identifying organisational shortcomings, evaluating current systems and structures, and directing clients towards more efficient practices, while also building and mentoring a high-performing team focused on client success and market growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct in-depth analysis of existing and prospective client organisations within the waste management sector to identify operational inefficiencies, strategic gaps, and opportunities for improvement through the application of our B2B ERP SaaS solution.
Discuss business and organisational shortcomings with clients, ranging from operational workflow issues to data management challenges, to fully understand their needs and advise on optimal solutions.
Formulate and recommend strategic proposals to revise operational methods, improve workflows, redefine internal processes, and resolve organisational problems for waste management businesses by leveraging our software's capabilities.
Assist in the implementation of approved recommendations with clients, including advising on system integration, revised procedures, and best practices for utilising our ERP SaaS to achieve their business objectives.
Provide independent and objective consultancy on management topics related to waste stream optimisation, logistics management, financial reconciliation, and regulatory compliance, all facilitated by our ERP system.
Analyse and evaluate the current systems and structures of both our Australian operation and client businesses to direct them towards more efficient organisation and develop solutions to their operational challenges.
Develop and implement strategic plans for our Australian market presence, acting as an internal consultant to optimise our own resources, client acquisition strategies, and service delivery models for maximum efficiency and growth.
Lead and mentor a high-performing team in Australia, providing guidance on client engagement strategies, solution-oriented sales approaches, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement in service delivery.
Monitor market trends and industry best practices within the waste management sector to inform strategic advice provided to clients and to shape our service offerings for ongoing relevance and impact.
Manage client expectations throughout the consultancy and implementation process, ensuring successful outcomes and long-term partnerships.
