Lead and manage the Amazon Business Reshape flagship B2B event and GTM strategy

Collaborate with vendors and agencies to oversee deliverables

Role Overview:

Client is seeking a Marketing Manager III to lead the Amazon Business Reshape flagship event and its go-to-market (GTM) plan. The ideal candidate will oversee event operations, sponsorships, content, and marketing efforts while driving strategy, execution, and cross-functional collaboration.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage the Amazon Business Reshape flagship B2B event and GTM strategy.
• Oversee event workstream leads (content, sponsorships, operations, email marketing, etc.).
• Provide strategic consulting and direction for event execution, production, sponsorships, and content.
• Manage event documentation and project progress updates.

This front-line role works to impact clinicians and the patients they serve by planning and executing educational events and programs, both in-person and virtual
This exciting role will collaborate closely with faculty members as well as internal partners in education, marketing, and sales
In addition to managing events, you will have the opportunity to support internal processes like HCP engagements, CEU/CME programs, and/or educational grants
This position can be performed remotely and will report to the Associate Director, Professional Relations and Operations

Position Overview

Shockwave Medical is committed to supporting the clinicians that use our products with a robust offering of educational programs. This front-line role works to impact clinicians and the patients they serve by planning and executing educational events and programs, both in-person and virtual. This exciting role will collaborate closely with faculty members as well as internal partners in education, marketing, and sales. In addition to managing events, you will have the opportunity to support internal processes like HCP engagements, CEU/CME programs, and/or educational grants. Essential Job Functions
• Own the logistics planning and execution of high impact peer-to-peer educational events for our customers. Examples of events include local speaker programs, national education programs, HQ based programs, fellows programs, and conference-based educational events.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years event planning experience or related work experience. Prior experience planning and executing education events in the medical device space is preferred.
• Ability to build successful partnerships with the sales force, develop relationships with internal stakeholders.
• Knowledge and experience with AdvaMed and MDMA Compliance Code of Ethics.
• Effective communication skills with all levels of management and organizations.
• Highly organized and strong project management skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to meet customer needs while operating in a highly regulated environment with strong respect for process and compliance.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities.
• Experience with CRM & Event Management platforms such as CVENT, Salesforce, Speakcore is desired.
• Ability to travel up to 20%.
