Position: Project Coordinator
Location: Orissa, Kalahandi and Koraput
Job Description
Candidate should be Capable of handling and managing a portfolio of CCMS (Centrally Controlling and Monitoring) LED Street Light Installation and its Maintenance in districts of Kalahandi and Koraput of Orissa state,
Generate Bills and create pipeline for business and follow-up on Receivables. - Market analysis and Customer feedback. Product Promotion. Ensure for end-to-end delivery Exception Management and Compliance Monitoring Negotiation skills with Government Department and Energy Industries.
Laisoning With Government Department for all regular activities and attend the regular meetings
Generate and follow up with bills till the realization
Closely communicate with Head office with all departments and in all requirements for Field Operations
Field Visits for Operations audit and attending the meetings in Hyderabad Corporate office
Duties and responsibilities.
· Coordinate with Government Department,Vendor partner and ordering partner of any such contracts
Knows and understands the requirements of Management’s contract including, development of contract requirements, bonds fees, schedules, and costs.Procure subcontractors, based on pre-determined requirements, to manage through completion of construction.Collaborates with pre-construction team to prepare, review and monitor information and reports related to all costs involved in developing the budget for the project.Manage sub-contractor relationship, which includes, but not limited to, initialscope and proposal review, developing final proposal based upon agreed scope of work.Develop plan to comply with, and report, Minority Business Entity requirements for the project, as required.Collaborate Government agencies, subcontractors, municipal entity, equipment suppliers, and site-specific construction suppliers to develop a time line for delivery and completion of milestones prior to project start-up.Coordinate and deliver all requirements for clients to meet schedules.
Project Administration
Responsible for project administration and daily operations. Prepares and maintain the project schedule, milestone dates,installation, testing and commissioningPrepare and maintain the tender guidelines and check list as pre departmentHandle the project from initiation to the Commissioning and maintenanceEstablishes relationships, liasoning, as needed, with suppliers and other key people in the fieldVerify all raw materials, supplies, tools are as per the specifications and within quality parametersEnsures that company assets are in secure and maintain a safe and respectful working environment at all timesMaintain a time lines and complete the installation and commission as per time linesEnsure the accurate periodic billing to the end client and ensure the vendor billing, certifying and getting it accounted in the booksEnsure periodic sign off from the vendors on stock and WIPEnsure timely collections from the end client and payments to the vendor partnersEnsure compliance of statutory obligation by the vendor partner and documented with company
Qualifications
Diploma in Electricals Engineering with 5 to 6 Years of Experience (first Priority)B Tech with Minimum of 2 to 3 Years of Project Management experience Electrical ProjectsAbility to plan, develop, and coordinate multiple projects simultaneouslyKnowledge of electrical theory, National Electric Code, & California Building Code and Electrical Codes.If Thorough understanding of electrical contracts, and terminologyExcellent organizational and decision making/problem solving skills.Strong written and oral communication skills to effectively disseminate informationProficient in Software/Computer programs and equipmentGood in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

Salary: ₹420,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
