QA Tester – SaaS Experiment Documentation Platform (Full remote)

Description:
This role supports a global SaaS platform used for validated experiment documentation across multiple business units. The platform currently serves over 3,000 users and is undergoing a major expansion to reach nearly 10,000 users over the next two years. This growth includes merging systems from other domains and implementing new workflows and integrations. The team operates within a SAFe Agile framework, delivering three Product Increments (PIs) annually, each including a platform release and at least one business-specific configuration update.

Team & Process:
The QA team includes a Testing Lead and five dedicated testers. Testing follows a structured process combining manual and automated approaches. As the platform expands, significant data migration efforts will require thorough validation and testing.

Role Description:
The QA Tester will contribute to manual release testing, regression testing, and migration validation. During non-release periods, the role will also involve test automation using Selenium UI and a Java-based validation framework. The workload is approximately 70% manual testing and 30% automation.

Requirements:
Candidates should have experience in both automation testing and data migration validation. The role requires individuals who are independent, self-motivated, and capable of working autonomously in a remote environment.
