Job Title Chartered Accountant CA Company RRL Accounting Service Pvt LtdLocation KolkataJob Type Full-TimeAbout Us RRL Accounting Service Pvt Ltd is a leading accounting firm specializing in the real estate sector We provide comprehensive financial services tailored to meet the unique needs of our clients ensuring compliance efficiency and strategic growth Job Summary We are seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant CA to join our dynamic team The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in accounting tax planning and financial analysis with a focus on real estate transactions and regulations This role requires a proactive approach to managing financial reporting audits and compliance Key Responsibilities - Prepare and analyze financial statements ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards - Oversee tax planning and compliance including GST and income tax filings for real estate clients - Conduct financial audits and reviews identifying areas for improvement and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements - Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes providing strategic insights to management - Collaborate with clients to understand their financial needs and provide tailored accounting solutions - Stay updated on changes in real estate laws and regulations ensuring the companys practices are aligned with current legislation - Mentor junior staff and provide guidance on accounting practices and software Qualifications - Chartered Accountant CA certification is mandatory - Fresher or minimum 6 months of experience in post qualification - Strong knowledge of accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills - Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with clients - Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy
