Assist with the design and production of business cards, recruiting materials, digital displays, and other visual communications
Answer phones, manage emails, conduct office tours, and provide general administrative assistance
Work closely with Marketing, Recruiting, Executive Assistants, and Building Support Services
Provide back-up support for Travel Services during high-volume period or staff absences
Standard working hours are 8:30am – 5:30pm

In this role, you will serve as our #1 ambassador, welcoming visitors and candidates while enhancing our workplace culture through thoughtful design and engagement initiatives.
In this role you will:
• Greet and direct visitors, answer inquiries, arrange transportation, guides guests within Susquehanna, and assist with luggage storage as needed
