Position: Reception cum Personal EA
Location: Plot no. 97, Patparganj Industrial Area, Delhi-110092
Experience Required: Minimum 3 – 5 years
Industry Preference: Interior Design / Architecture / Real Estate Firm
Key Responsibilities:Manage front desk and act as the first point of contact for visitors and clients.
Organize and schedule all appointments, meetings, and travel plans for management.
Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently.
Maintain records, files, and office material required for site coordination.
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documents using MS Word and Excel.
Coordinate with vendors, clients, and project teams for smooth workflow.
Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
Skills & Qualifications:Proven experience as Receptionist / Executive Assistant / Office Coordinator (3–5 years minimum).
Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Professional attitude with a proactive approach.

Previous experience in an Interior / Architect / Real Estate firm will be preferred.
