Join Our Team in Port Macquarie – Medical Receptionist & Call Centre Operator
Based at our modern Highfields site
At Lumus Imaging, we’re dedicated to delivering outstanding care and making every patient experience a positive one. We’re now looking for two friendly and motivated team members to join us in Port Macquarie — a Medical Receptionist and a Call Centre Operator.
Whether you’re welcoming patients face-to-face or assisting them over the phone, you’ll be part of a supportive team that values professionalism, compassion, and teamwork.
About the Roles
As the first point of contact for our patients, you’ll play an important part in helping our centres run smoothly.
You’ll:
Manage appointment bookings and patient enquiries with care and efficiency
Maintain accurate patient records and handle billing, payments, and banking
Support our clinical teams to ensure each day flows seamlessly
Balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Tech-confident: Quick to learn new systems and troubleshoot as needed
Organised & adaptable: Able to manage competing tasks while keeping patients supported and informed
Energetic & proactive: Brings positivity, initiative, and a solutions-focused mindset

Experienced: Previous experience in medical reception, call centre, or healthcare admin is highly regarded
Team player: Flexible and willing to lend a hand across other sites when required
