● Aid with the design, development, and driving global recruitment plans and strategies.
● Identify and engage with prospective candidates, converting them into potential partners.
● Build and expand your professional network through various networking portals, such as LinkedIn.
● Cultivate and nurture relationships with prospects through LinkedIn and emails.
● Assist in the creation and implementation of lead generation campaigns to promote Workfall’s brand and services.
● Develop engaging content for social media, blogs, newsletters, and other digital platforms.
● Monitor and analyze lead generation metrics to measure the success of campaigns and suggest improvements.
● Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for brand growth.
● Support the planning and execution of lead generation events and initiatives.
