We are sourcing for 02 seasoned human resource professional to head the Regional HR for Himalaya Wellness Pharmaceuticals, OTC & Animal Healthcare division.

Position : Regional Manager HR (Pharmaceuticals, OTC & Animal Healthcare)
Reported by : A team of 2 executives/managers
Reporting To : General Manager - HRBP
Base Location - Ghaziabad & Kolkata (02 positions)
The position will be the HR business Partner for the Pharmaceuticals, OTC & Animal Healthcare division of Himalaya wellness and will lead the talent management for the entire manpower of the region.
Job Description :
- Will drive regional performance management cycle - target setting, quarterly and annual reviews, appraisals etc.
- Responsible for HR policy formulation, HR strategy, talent sourcing, talent acquisition, and performance management for the Consumer products Business
- Manage people practices for both on-roll & off-roll employees
- Compliance and vendor management
- Prepare weekly culture score card for managers, basis the interaction with the team to suggest feedback and areas of improvement.
- Develop and deploy culture building initiatives and implement a high performing culture ensuring better employee experience.
- Work proactively on attrition analysis, retention strategies and HR policies & procedures communications.
- Key Stakeholder management and organization restructuring
