As a result of internal promotion, we have a new exciting opportunity for an Remote Seller Executive to join our highly successful Inside Sales team. The Inside Sales Executive is a dynamic sales professional focused on virtual selling, leveraging Eaton's digital tools and CRM systems to achieve sales targets. This role, suited for a proactive business development professional, involves using data analytics to conduct virtual outbound prospecting/account management/customer meetings and, when necessary, on-site visits. This is an ideal development opportunity for an ambitious professional who is looking to develop their career with a market leading global power management company.
This position is Remote ( based in Midlands, UK). There will be customer travel required, around 20% of the time and 1-2 monthly team meetings in Slough.
What you'll do:
- Drive sales growth through your target accounts to exceed quarterly targets and grow market share
- Plan and execute your account based sales plan focusing on key activities to build pipeline and continuously improve win rates
- Provide insight into demand you are creating by actively maintaining CRM data
- Proactively identify, target and acquire new customers which is focused around our growth strategy.
- Actively support competitor cross selling opportunities to grow Eaton Market share.
- Follow up on leads and provide ongoing information to lead management process
- Understand share within your accounts, define displacement actions and activities with agreed targets
- Be motivated by continuous improvement and strive to constantly exceed customer expectations
- Data driven - be able to understand data, draw conclusions and make recommendations on how we should adapt based on what we are seeing
- Driving Eaton's sales pipeline
- Working in a strategic manner developing account plans to maximise the influence and opportunity
- Cross Sell to drive new business opportunities
- Gathering, identifying and reporting customer and market information on new or prospective product
