Verify property documents. • Visit & verify the property which is to be mortgaged. • Negotiate with the customer for Rate & PF. • Post sanction collect the disbursement docs • Cross sell other Asset Products Additional Responsibilities: • Adhoc MIS as and when RSM/ZSM ask for Branch / DSA review at location level.
