YOUR ROLE
We're seeking a dynamic professional to join our team and drive the success of Authentic Beauty Concept. In this role, you will:
• Analyse the UK styling market and competitor activity, developing deep industry insights
• Deliver engaging seminars, technical support, and in-salon training to high-value clients, ensuring proper product usage aligns with Henkel quality standards
• Cultivate strategic relationships with major accounts to boost brand awareness and profitability
• Support new product development, coordinating internal processes for product setup and design
• Implement best practices to achieve Authentic Beauty Concept brand objectives
• Collaborate with our digital team to create local assets and spearhead digital opportunities across social media, e-commerce, and brand websites
• Work closely with Sales and Category teams to influence key product launches and promotional activities
