Job Summary
Are you a seasoned SEO expert looking for a dynamic role that allows you to shape the digital footprint of a company? We are seeking an experienced SEO Manager who will be responsible for developing and executing a robust SEO strategy to enhance our company's online visibility and drive organic traffic growth in search engine results pages (SERPs).
As the SEO Manager, you will collaborate closely with various marketing teams, including content marketing and social media, to ensure that all marketing initiatives are harmoniously aligned with our overarching SEO strategy. You will also be responsible for managing third-party agencies for paid marketing initiatives and mandates. Additionally, your role will involve diligent monitoring of various SEO metrics and delivering insightful reports to our management team.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement a comprehensive SEO strategy to enhance the company's online visibility and organic traffic in SERPs.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional marketing teams, including content marketing and social media, to align all marketing efforts with the established SEO strategy.
• Oversee and manage third-party agencies for paid marketing initiatives and mandates.
• Monitor and analyze different SEO metrics, including rankings, traffic, and conversions, and provide regular reports to the management team.
Qualifications
• Proven experience working collaboratively with other marketing teams to ensure alignment with SEO strategies.
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing effective SEO strategies to improve online visibility and organic traffic.
• Proficiency in monitoring and tracking SEO performance metrics, including rankings, traffic, and conversions.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in SEO.
• Certification or Diploma in SEO Strategy is a plus.
• Familiarity and competence in using SEO tools such as Google Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Moz Pro.
Skills
• Proficiency with WordPress or other Content Management Systems (CMS).
• Strong command of Google Analytics and other web analytics tools.
• Exceptional project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Comprehensive knowledge and experience in both off-page SEO and on-page SEO techniques.
