Ensure accurate recording of all incoming and outgoing cash transactions for designated bank accounts, following accounting principles and company policies
Conduct monthly reconciliations of accounts to identify and address discrepancies promptly (cash, undeposited, prepaid, etc.)
Record sales adjustments, merchant fees, and undeposited entries for the Auto Detailing Supplies entity
Create entries for monthly amortization of prepaid expenses
Analyze general ledger activity for software, marketing, auto, and consulting to verify completeness and accuracy of prepaid expenses in the accounting system
Collaborate with AP team to ensure accurate recording of all prepaid invoices and make correcting entries when necessary
Manage prepaid roll forward for services fees, auto insurance, and marketing
Maintain foreign exchange rates workbook
Complete audit and financial statement requests for company
Assist with annual physical inventory counts
Undertake additional projects and tasks to support the accounting department
