Responsibilities
Perform full cycle accounting from sales revenue to net income, including P&L and balance sheet preparation
Prepare and post journal entries, create detailed reports, and reconcile general ledger accounts
Analyze trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments, and obligations to forecast future financial performance
Summarize current financial status by collecting information and assisting in the preparation of financial statements and reports
Maintain financial security by following internal controls and company policies, ensuring confidentiality of financial information
Support month-end and year-end close processes
Ensure compliance with GAAP, company policies, and local, state, and federal financial regulations
Assist in internal and external audits, including providing necessary documentation and explanations
Account for and reconcile consolidation of intercompany accounts
Maintain fixed asset register and associated depreciation schedules
Contribute to special projects and other duties as assigned
May be modified from time to time
