At Lumif.ai, we're revolutionizing the revenue engine for mid-market and enterprise companies by automating lead engagement, follow-ups, qualification, and deal progression through coordinated, task-specific agents. Our AI-native RevOps OS reduces admin overhead, eliminates CRM clutter, and helps sales teams focus on what matters most: closing.

• As a senior engineer at Lumif.ai, you'll collaborate closely with the CTO and founding team to build foundational systems powering our AI agent platform.
Your Role
• You'll lead initiatives across backend, frontend, and platform infrastructure with high ownership and autonomy.
• Responsibilities include designing and implementing distributed, scalable backend systems, developing core platform components, building extensible developer interfaces, and shipping full-stack features end-to-end.
• You'll drive engineering quality via code reviews, test automation, and performance monitoring, and set technical direction, making architecture decisions, and mentoring junior engineers.
Requirements
• 4–6 years of professional experience in software engineering (minimum 4 years required)
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript (Node.js and frontend frameworks)
• Proven experience designing and scaling distributed systems or service-oriented architectures
• Full-stack engineering skills with modern frontend tools (React, Vite, Next.js, or Svelte)
