Job Requirements
We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Senior Executive HR & Administration to join our team. As a Senior Executive HR & Administration, you will be responsible for overseeing the human resources and administrative functions of our organization. Your primary focus will be on managing HR activities, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations, and providing efficient administrative support. The ideal candidate will have an MBA in HR with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a NABH-accredited hospital. Preference will be given to male candidates.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs in alignment with organizational goals and industry best practices.
• Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
• Coordinate with department heads to identify staffing needs and ensure timely hiring to meet organizational requirements.
• Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and recommend performance improvement plans.
• Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling.
• Oversee the administration of employee benefits, compensation, and leave management.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and NABH accreditation requirements.
• Maintain employee records and ensure accuracy and confidentiality of HR data.
• Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and performance.
• Manage employee engagement activities and initiatives to promote a positive work culture.
• Support the management team in strategic HR planning and decision-making.
• Provide administrative support in areas such as facility management, vendor management, and general office operations.
Requirements:
• MBA in HR or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HR and administration, preferably in a NABH-accredited hospital.
• In-depth knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and NABH accreditation standards.
• Strong understanding of recruitment and selection processes.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.
• Proficiency in HRIS and other HR software applications.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
