We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Senior HR Advisor to join our HR Advisory team, based out of the Dunedin central police station.
This is a hands-on role that will see you working in a dynamic environment, where you will be supporting the District and wider region with HR matters.
This role which involves supporting your own caseload, working in collaboration with other people related functions within the business. Our focus is to provide a wide variety of technical and solution orientated HR advice to support, coach and guide managers within the business.
You will be focused on building capability and advising in an ever evolving, fast paced business - in order to build and maintain our value driven practices.
Key Accountabilities:
Relationship Management: Build trusted relationships with internal stakeholders, acting as a key advisor and influencer.
Risk Management: Monitor and mitigate HR-related risks, ensuring compliance with legislation and ethical standards.
Service Delivery: Ensure timely, consistent, and high-quality HR support across the organisation.

Utu a-tau | Salary
This position is covered by a collective agreement and salary will commence between $110,425 and $117,014 dependent on skills and experience relevant to the role.
