Job Purpose:
To lead and execute the overall HR strategy, aligned with business objectives, by developing robust talent management practices, strengthening organizational culture, driving employee engagement, and enabling digital HR transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
1. HR Strategy & Leadership
- Define and implement the comprehensive HR strategy in line with the company's business goals.
- Act as a strategic partner to the Leadership Team to align HR initiatives with business priorities.
- Lead organizational design, workforce planning, and change management initiatives.
2. Talent Acquisition & Succession Planning
- Develop and execute strategic talent acquisition plans to attract high-potential talent.
- Design and implement a strong succession planning framework to ensure leadership pipeline readiness.
- Oversee campus hiring as well as experienced hiring processes.
3. Performance Management & Learning Development
- Drive the design and implementation of a robust performance management system.
- Strategize and deliver Learning & Development initiatives, with a focus on leadership development and skill enhancement.
- Promote a culture of continuous coaching and mentoring.
4. Employee Engagement & Culture Development
- Conduct regular employee engagement surveys and drive action plans for continuous improvement.
- Build and promote a high-performance, inclusive, and positive organizational culture.
- Implement well-being initiatives to enhance employee experience.
5. Compensation & Benefits Management
- Design competitive compensation and benefits structures aligned with market benchmarks.
- Manage annual salary review and incentive programs.
- Drive recognition and reward frameworks to foster employee motivation.
6. Industrial Relations & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with all local labour laws and HR-related regulations.
- Manage employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary processes.
- Maintain governance frameworks and HR policy updates.
7. HR Digital Transformation
- Lead the implementation of HRIS systems and automate HR processes.
- Drive data-driven decision-making practices in HR operations.
Qualifications & Experience:
- MBA in Human Resources or equivalent.
- 12-15 years of total HR experience, including 5+ years in senior leadership roles, preferably in FMCG / OTC industries.
- Strong expertise in strategic HR management, talent management, organizational development, and compliance.
- Proven ability to lead large teams and implement strategic HR initiatives in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
- Exposure to MNC working culture and global HR practices.
