You will be joining our team as a Senior/ Manager - Sales, where your primary responsibility will be to drive sales growth and expand market share for our new acoustic solutions within your assigned area. With a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service, you will have the opportunity to create success together with colleagues and partners.

Your key responsibilities will include developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and optimize market penetration in your designated area. You will need to identify and pursue new business opportunities through activities such as prospecting, cold calling, and generating leads across various stakeholders, including Architects, PMC (Project Management Consultants), and end clients in commercial real estate projects.

Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and influencers will be crucial. You will showcase the value-added benefits of our products in commercial workspaces and collaborate with the marketing team to enhance geographic reach and brand visibility. Executing marketing and educational campaigns tailored to promote the sale of our RAF product range within specific market segments will also be part of your responsibilities.

Additionally, you will conduct product demonstrations and presentations to educate clients on the advantages and value-added features of RAF solutions for their facilities. Staying updated on market research, industry trends, and competitor intelligence will help you effectively position and educate potential customers on the superiority of RAF solutions.

Efficient utilization of sales CRM tools to generate sales forecast reports, track daily activities, and maintain a comprehensive customer database will be essential. You will also coordinate with clients to understand their design and technical requirements, facilitating seamless communication with internal RAF production and design teams to drive product development.,
